About Us

Born from friendship. Built on trust.

The Trusted Dog Collective grew out of a long-standing friendship, a shared love of dogs and a simple belief that good dog care should feel personal.

Our story is closely connected to The Good Dogs Club and its founder, Beth, who has been part of our lives for many years. Through that friendship, we got to know the business from the inside and built relationships with many of the dogs we now have the privilege of continuing to care for.

So when the opportunity came to take The Good Dogs Club forward, it didn't feel like starting something from scratch. It felt like a natural next chapter, building on something already loved and trusted, with the same shared values around how dogs should be cared for.

Meet the Founders

Dogs have been a huge part of my life for around ten years. I've always been the person friends and family call when they need someone they genuinely trust to look after them.

Living alongside The Good Dogs Club gave me an even closer look at the world of professional dog care. I shared my home with boarding dogs, joined group walks and saw first-hand how much thought, organisation and responsibility goes into looking after dogs properly.

I loved all of it.

Then Milo came along.

Bringing home a working-line Labrador while balancing a demanding corporate career gave me a completely different perspective, this time as the owner relying on someone else for support.

It made me realise that I didn't just need Milo walked.

I needed to know he was understood.

I wanted someone reliable, someone I trusted and someone who would think about more than simply tiring him out. I wanted to know his physical, mental and emotional needs were being considered too.

That experience shaped a huge part of why The Trusted Dog Collective exists. It gave me the confidence to pursue my PACT accreditation, leave the corporate world and build a career around something I'd already cared deeply about for years.

For me, The Trusted Dog Collective is about creating the kind of business people can genuinely rely on.

I'm hands-on across the business, from group walks and getting to know our clients and their dogs to the day-to-day operations, business development and social media.

One of the things I enjoy most is getting to know each dog properly. They all have their own personalities, quirks and ways of communicating, and taking the time to understand that makes a real difference.

I'm naturally calm and patient, and I want dogs to feel comfortable around me. Just as importantly, I want their owners to feel comfortable with us too.

Shaz and I work well together because we trust each other, communicate openly and share the same standards around how dogs should be cared for and how clients should be treated.

Ultimately, we want The Trusted Dog Collective to be the kind of West London dog-care business people are happy to recommend because they know their dogs are genuinely cared for.

Our Philosophy

What considered care means to us

For us, considered care starts with getting to know the dog in front of us.

That means understanding their personality, confidence, preferences and individual needs, rather than assuming the same routine works for every dog.

It also means thinking beyond the time they spend in our care. We want owners to feel informed, reassured and confident in the decisions we make for their dog.

Most importantly, we want the dogs in our care to know us, trust us and feel secure with us.

We aim to become a reliable extension of the care they already receive at home.

Because sometimes the most valuable thing we can give an owner is simply peace of mind.
